IT UCF: IT Governance Metrics

Great News! The UCF and the University of Delaware are partnering on a metrics implementation study that is currently running. We have created two types of surveys:

The End user metric survey is targeted toward everyone who is not an auditor. It asks four general questions:

A bit about the size and type of the organization (for corss referencing purposes)
Does the organization employ governance metrics
Does the organization employ management metrics
Does the organization employ technical metrics

The auditor metric survey is very much the same as the end user survey, except that the first set of questions about the organization are omitted, and the questions are re-phrased in terms of whether or the auditor
