You may be eligible to establish an interface between the ServiceNow GRC and the CCH at no extra charge, as described below.
If you purchased ServiceNow GRC before November 30, 2016 and you are a ServiceNow GRC customer on Helsinki 7+ or above with a contract start date on or before November 30, 2018, you are entitled to a subscription to the Common Controls Hub, and the required API add-on, at no extra charge.
Just activate the Compliance UCF plugin (com.sn…comp…ucf) and submit a request on the ServiceNow HI Service Portal to validate the GRC subscription and set up a UCF CCH account or contact your ServiceNow rep to verify your entitlement and receive an activation code to include with your Common Controls Hub subscription order.
To set up your Common Controls Hub subscription, go to commoncontrolshub.com, create a free CCH “Starter” account, and go to the Dashboard page. Click the red ‘Upgrade Now’ button in the upper right corner. Click the ‘Edit Subscription’ button, scroll down, click the ‘Basic Subscription box’ and the ‘API Access’ checkbox, and then click ‘Checkout’ to go through the purchase process. In the PO# field, insert your activation code to enroll for the free UCF CCH account. In ServiceNow GRC, integrate your UCF CCH account with your GRC instance by navigating to System Definition>Plugins; then, configure the integration.
